At Creative Images, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the door the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience.

Please be aware of our 48 hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our salon 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to reopen the appointment slot to another client. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled later than 48 hours or no shows will incur a charge up to the full service amount and advanced payment of service may be required upon booking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no show and will need to be rescheduled. **
