At Creative Images, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the door the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience.

Please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule, please call our salon 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to reopen the appointment slot to another client. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled later than 24 hours or no shows will incur a charge of 50% or more of their service amount and advanced payment of their service upon booking.
